Each day’s entry also includes suggestions to help you meet the physical demands of the 10-mile walk.

  2. Pray for the Lord’s strength to follow through
  3. Find an accountability partner who will take the challenge with you (or at least will ask you regularly if you’re keeping your commitment)
  4. If you miss, don’t quit or get discouraged—jump back in

Physical Prep Guide

This guide is to help prepare you physically for the Go10 Walk. It is important to take time each day to prepare yourself for this event. If you already exercise on a daily basis then you may have a workout plan, but if you are new at this and want to have some guidelines then this will provide some helpful suggestions.
